The additional sprinkler system shall be designed to protect various types of Paint Spray Booth, Manufacturing Offices, Spare Parts Storage and Production Line.

AFSS was awarded the complete supply and delivery to Naga, Cebu 20 pieces of fire rated glass. AFSS was the only vendor in the Philippines who was pre-qualified by FM Global and APO Cement to supply and deliver a 60 minute fire rating glass to be installed at APO Cement Power Plant.

Rehabilitation of Fire Pump and Jockey Pump System and Replacement of domestic Water Supply Controller

AFSS was awarded the complete rehabilitation and restoration of Fire Pump and Jockey Pump System for ARCC Building including the replacement of Domestic Water Pump controller. ARCC Condominium Building is the Manila office of Novartis Philippines . AFS was responsible for the following fields: Fire Protection, Domestic Water Supply and the affected Civil, Architectural, Mechanical, Electrical and
Auxiliary systems.

Fire Protection

AFSS was awarded the complete installation of Automatic Fire Sprinkler System at the Penthouse Unit, 54 and 55 floors at the South Tower,th Pacific Plaza. Works include the provision for new automatic fire sprinkler system including testing and commissioning.

Site Development, Structural, Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, Interior Fit-out, Fire Protection and Auxiliary System

AFSS was awarded the complete construction of a brand new office building with a total floor area of 355 square meters. Scope of Work includes structural, civil, architectural and interior finishes, electrical and mechanical works.

Civil and Fire Protection

AFSS was awarded the complete rehabilitation of Fire Hydrant System at LTP Technical Facility (formerly PAL Technical Center). The project includes the installation of a 2.5 kilometer, 8” Fire Hydrant Pipe Line including its accessories. The project was scheduled for completion in 6 months. AFS was successful in completing the job 15 calendar days ahead of time. This was due to its competence in planning and the execution of various types of fabrication and installation techniques.

AFSS was awarded the complete supply and installation of Waste Water Treatment Pipeline including the construction of a transfer tank and accessories. The project was implemented together with the rehabilitation of fire hydrant system at Lufthansa Technik Philippines.

The project includes the complete renovation of its existing Paint Shop which covers Phase 5 and 6 of the Aircraft Overhaul Project. Explosion Proof Electrical devices were used for this project.
